A complete list of all the public deliverables produced so far by PANACEA Research and officially approved by the EC.
D8.3 is the intermediate version of the PANACEA Research Communication and Dissemination Plan. It reports on the achievements up to June 2020, which is the mid-way stage of this 36-month research and innovation action funded under Europe's Horizon 2020. It explains how PANACEA is adapting its strategy for communication, dissemination of results and stakeholder engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic. It describes its core and complementary stakeholder groups and how PANACEA is engaging with them on a regular basis as key for the successful uptake of the PANACEA toolkit.
The PANACEA Data Management Plan describes how data pertaining to the project and its research will be handled, protected and made available according to the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable), and shared across the Consortium.
The purpose of the PANACEA Research Communication and Dissemination Plan is to define the strategy and plan the main activities for the promotion of the project’s results, thus supporting the engagement of stakeholders and the development of PANACEA Research and its human-centric approach to cybersecurity in healthcare.
D2.4 investigates the challenge of secure information sharing in healthcare in terms of interconnectivity, cloud computing, authentication and interoperability. It details advanced and novel implementation strategies in state-of-the-art information sharing environments. It examines high-level requirements for the transfer of data between healthcare organisations and cross-border scenarios.
This deliverable has as objective the optimisation of the risk mitigation and reduction, which is the last phase of the risk management process. With this purpose it collects a set of remediation actions that can be implemented in order to reduce the analysed risk without sacrificing the organisation’s mission. This is, in fact, one of the gaps in the current state of the art, which either doesn’t take into account the negative side effects on the mission, or is based on traditional risk assessments, leaving aside technical challenges.
D2.2 details research into human factors carried out in PANACEA, illustrating the importance of the human element of cybersecurity in healthcare. It explains how and why staff may act insecurely in the workspace and outlines steps that could be taken to foster more secure behaviour.
D2.1 aims at providing an overview of the state of the art of cyber risk scenarios, current countermeasures and vulnerability assessment methodologies with a particular emphasis on the healthcare domain. Such analysis is important for the adaptation and optimization of the PANACEA Research approach in healthcare. Moreover, the document includes a scientific and technologic review of the relevant aspects related to the design of a Dynamic Risk Management Platform.
D1.2 describes the results from the analyses of the needs of healthcare organisations to protect against possible security risks, including the specific requirements of the end-user scenarios for the PANACEA Toolkit.
Data was collected from end-user workshops and interviews involving administrative, clinical, IT, risk management, human resource management, device and application design staff. These stakeholders shared essential information about their respective roles and expectations about cybersecurity in healthcare.
D1.1 provides a set of four architectural models describing the healthcare structures to be protected and the related Cybersecurity Systems designed for protection (Health Services Models - HSMs). Each model is structured around Entities, Categories and Relationships. The document also describes how the Tools of the Panacea Toolkit fit into the HSMs according to their scope.
