Stelar Security Technology Law Research UG (haftungsbeschränkt) promotes education and research through the implementation of scientific courses and research projects. It is specialised in Privacy By-Design approaches to new security technologies. To PANACEA, it has brought its extensive expertise on legislation, GDPR, privacy and ethics management alongside its experience in driving standardisation on security, privacy and digital health through the European consumer organisation for technical standardisation (ANEC), the European Standardisation Organisations CEN, CENELEC and ETSI and ISO, the International Standardisation Organisation. It is a member of PHCAS, the PANACEA Healthcare Advisory Service.
